Esteem Counseling was created by Lindsay Lartz as a private mental health practice. Since then the practice has grown to include Melody Cauley. We provide counseling services to adolescents, adults, and families in Washington and Idaho. Our clinical experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples.
The focus of counseling sessions is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. This is achieved by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. We are focused on recovery and overall wellness.
Esteem Counseling promises to be there for you every step of your journey. Our goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.
Esteem Counseling is focused solely on telehealth counseling. Telehealth counseling uses video calling to provide you with mental health services from the comfort of your own home. Telehealth uses HIPAA compliant communication to ensure confidentiality.
Esteem Counseling accepts some insurances, and offers private pay rates as well. Please ask if we accept your insurance. Copays are based on your insurance policy.
Please call with your insurance information for out of network payment options

You may not have a payment if we are billing insurance. If you have a copay or using private pay, payment is expected at time of service. Payment can be accepted over the phone. A card will be stored on file at the time of appointment reservation. Card details will be stored and will only be used for approved purchases and no show or late cancellation fees. If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, clients are required to contact us at least 24 hours before the appointment. This allows us to better utilize appointments for other clients in need of prompt care.
