About Esteem Counseling

The Practice

Esteem Counseling was created by Lindsay Lartz as a private mental health practice. I provide counseling services to adolescents, adults, and families in Washington and Idaho. My clinical experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. I treat a number of mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples.

The Treatment Focus

The focus of counseling sessions is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. This is achieved by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. I am focused on recovery and overall wellness.

Esteem Counseling promises to be there for you every step of your journey. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

Telehealth Services

Esteem Counseling is focused solely on telehealth counseling. Telehealth counseling uses video calling to provide you with mental health services from the comfort of your own home. Telehealth uses HIPAA compliant communication to ensure confidentiality.

For clients seeking help with mental illness and/or overall wellbeing

Comprehensive Diagnostic Assessment and Treatment Plan

Initial assessment and treatment plan

Standard Individual Therapy Rate

For weekly sessions after your assessment

Family Therapy Rate

For sessions in which we are working on family goals or family support, with or without the client

Couples Therapy Rate

For married partners or committed relationships

Cancellations and No Shows

If you cancel your appointment within 24 hours, or do not show up for your appointment

Supervision and Consultation for Other Professionals

Supervision is available to those seeking licensure in Washington and Idaho. Consultation is available to all professionals.

Standard Supervision Rate (30 Minutes)

$80

Clinical Supervision for those working towards licensure, who see 29 clients or less per week

Standard Supervision Rate (60 Minutes)

$160

Clinical Supervision for those working towards licensure, who see 30+ clients per week

Individual Case Consultation (30 Minutes)

$80

For professionals seeking a single consultation time about a specific case

Consultation for existing Esteem Counseling clients (30 minutes)

Getting Started

The first step is to determine if Esteem Counseling is the right place for you.

Please contact me to get started.

Payment

You may not have a payment if we are billing insurance. If you have a copay or using private pay, payment is expected at time of service. Payment can be accepted over the phone. A card will be stored on file at the time of appointment reservation. Card details will be stored and will only be used for approved purchases and no show or late cancellation fees. If it is necessary to cancel an appointment, clients are required to contact us at least 24 hours before the appointment. This allows us to better utilize appointments for other clients in need of prompt care.
